Ordering

 

  • We can only accept online orders from the Continental USA. Any order outside of the USA needs to be processed with direct contact through email.

  • The day of your order we will notify you by email of the ship date. At the time of shipping you will also receive, by email, a shipping notification from UPS with the tracking number and scheduled delivery date

  • Your order will be shipped by UPS

 

Payment

 

  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, money orders and checks.

  • Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped. No C.O.D shipping.

  • If paying by check, there will be up to a 14 day waiting period for the check to clear the bank.

  • Orders shipped to a New York address will be charged 8.875% sales tax.

 

Freight

 

  • Orders only shipped during normal business hours and processing of your order may take 3-5 days before shipping.

  • Freight charges and hazardous goods shipping charges (if applicable) are extra and will be added to all invoices.

  • The buyer required to give a full street address. No P.O. Box please.

 

Integrity of Information

 

Renaistone and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is 100% accurate or error-free. Renaistone makes no warranties, either express or implied, as to a product’s suitability for a particular application, or that any such use will not infringe a copyright or patent. User shall determine suitability of the product for the intended application and assume all associated risks and liability. Renaistone is not responsible for typographical errors, and will correct any discovered errors upon notification

 

Returns

 

  • If you purchased material directly from Renaistone, we will accept the product for return if it has not been opened and is in original packaging in a resalable condition.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original ship date.

  • In the event you find it necessary to return merchandise, please e-mail to
    mailto:info@renaistone.com     and let us know what you are returning and why and the order number.

  • Note:the product is not acceptable for return in case of improper use creating disappointment of the final quality of the cast.

  • (As an example of the improper use: not using the liquid portion first when you fill the mold to eliminate the bubbles or not vibrating or tapping the mold for the elimination of the bubble. After the mold being filled not being covered 100% of the surface of the cast throughout the heat curing of the Renaistone and allowing drying out. Not allowing the stone to dry before the application of the sealer. Not using the sealer properly or enough time. Adding additional material to the mix. And many other way to create disappointment. These are not acceptable for return. You must use the instruction and apply the materials correctly and then it will result in the proper quality.

  • If a material is acceptable by us for return we will issue a Return Authorization.

  • Note: Material returned to Renaistone without a Return Authorization will be refused or processed without credit being issued.

  • Send product FREIGHT PREPAID, to:Renaistone.

  • Appropriate credit will be made to your account or credit card when the returned product is verified using above criteria.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • For your protection, please insure your return.
